As the driving force behind Malsons Polymers for over 31 years, Mr. Anil Agarwal is the architect of our transition from a regional player to a national leader. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he possesses an intuitive understanding of the Indian plastics market. His tenure has been marked by a relentless focus on 'Quality Consistency,' ensuring that the integrity of the Pankaj brand is never compromised. Under his leadership, the company has not only expanded its capacity to 20,000 TPA but has also taken Indian manufacturing to the global stage.

A stalwart of operational efficiency, Mr. Shyam Lal Agarwal oversees the finance, taxation, logistics and manufacturing supply chains that keep our plants running 24/7. With 35+ years of experience in the plastic industry, his focus on lean manufacturing processes ensures that we remain cost-competitive without cutting corners on quality. He is currently Vice President of Indian Plastic Federation and a committee member of Merchant Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The newest addition to the board, Mr. Anish Agarwal leads the Films Department, overseeing the strategic direction of the company's flagship Micropaulin and Crosspaulin brands. He joins the leadership team with a specialized academic foundation, having graduated from Babson College with a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship. His focus lies in applying modern entrepreneurial strategies to scale these high-performance product lines while driving digital transformation across the legacy brand.
