The Genesis (1976–1990): Establishing the Foundation

In 1976, under the visionary guidance of the late Mr. Malchand Agarwal, the foundation of our legacy was laid with the establishment of Pankaj Plastic Industries. At a time when India's agricultural infrastructure was in dire need of modernization, Mr. Agarwal identified a critical gap: the lack of durable, high-quality water transport systems for farmers.

We began our journey focusing on the lifelines of rural India—Suction Hoses and Delivery Pipes. For over two decades, the brand "Pankaj" was meticulously built on the ground, village by village, dealer by dealer. We did not just sell pipes; we sold the assurance of uninterrupted irrigation to the farmers of Bengal and beyond. This era defined our core ethos: manufacturing products that withstand the rugged realities of the Indian landscape.

The Corporate Transformation (1995–2010): The Rise of Malsons

As the Indian economy liberalized in the 1990s, the demand for sophisticated polymer solutions began to outpace traditional manufacturing capabilities. Recognizing this shift, Malsons Polymers Limited was incorporated on January 23, 1995 and commenced commercial production with a distinct focus on material science—specifically Masterbatches, Calcium Filled Compounds, and Special Additives. This pivotal move transformed us from a product manufacturer into a raw material innovator.

Under the astute leadership of Mr. M.C. Agarwal, a veteran with over 45 years of experience in the polymer industry, the company expanded its production capacity to 20,000 TPA (Tons Per Annum). Malsons quickly became the backbone for downstream plastic industries, supplying critical inputs for Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, and Woven Sacks manufacturing across Eastern India.

The Era of Innovation (2011–Present): The Future

The last decade has witnessed the most dynamic phase of our evolution. Under the stewardship of Mr. Anil Agarwal and the next-generation leadership of Mr. Karan Agarwal and Mr. Anish Agarwal, we have integrated advanced manufacturing technologies to launch our flagship brands: Mlon, Micropaulin and Crosspaulin.

Moving beyond pipes and compounds, we entered the high-performance film market. We introduced multi-layered tarpaulins, UV-stabilized green shade nets, and precision agriculture mulching films. Expanding our capabilities further, we have added PP Multifilament Yarn to our portfolio—a lightweight yet highly durable solution offering superior tensile strength for applications ranging from industrial ropes to geotextiles.

Today, with a robust network of over 5,000 dealers across 16 states and a dedicated workforce of 600+ employees, Malsons Polymers stand as a testament to sustainable growth. We have evolved from a local pipe manufacturer into a diversified polymer conglomerate, yet our heart remains in Bengal, and our promise remains unchanged:
