CaCO\u2083 Filler Masterbatch for Cost Optimization & Mechanical Enhancement
Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch is manufactured using ultrafine CaCO₃ (Calcium Carbonate) dispersed uniformly in PE or PP carrier resin. It is designed to optimize cost-performance balance while enhancing stiffness, rigidity, dimensional stability, and processing efficiency.
Our filler masterbatches are available with polymer content ranging from 15% to 30%, and recommended dosage can vary from 5% to 50% depending on application requirements.
These formulations are engineered to maintain mechanical integrity while reducing raw material cost. The ultrafine particle size ensures uniform dispersion and minimal impact on processing stability.
