Anti Oxidant Masterbatch for Thermal & Oxidative Stability

Anti Oxidant Masterbatch is formulated to protect polymers from thermal and oxidative degradation during processing and throughout their service life. Polyolefins such as PP and PE are naturally prone to oxidation when exposed to heat, oxygen, and mechanical shear during extrusion and molding operations.
Without stabilization, polymers may experience discoloration, brittleness, reduced impact strength, and molecular weight degradation. Our Anti Oxidant Masterbatch significantly improves thermal stability and extends product durability.
While complete prevention of degradation is impossible, Anti Oxidant Masterbatch slows down these reactions, ensuring stable performance over the product's intended lifespan.
During polymer processing, high temperatures cause molecular chain scission while oxygen accelerates degradation. Anti Oxidant Masterbatch intercepts these reactions to maintain polymer integrity.
